January 1, 2024This was a present to myself this year and I’ve absolutely loved it! The red color of the lantern is beautifully rich, the snow globe with cardinals is so cheerful, and it works perfectly. I use the USB cable to run it which eliminates the need to constantly fret over batteries and it runs most of the day and overnight. The song setting is loud and annoying so I use the silent setting and couldn’t be happier. It’s quickly become one of my very favorite Christmas decorations. Highly recommend.

Everyone I know wants one. This is lovely and very nice I recommend to anyone that wants one get it it’s very pretty of our lord the angels and his mother. The only thing I wish it had more song options but other than that it is wonderful.

December 8, 2023I love this snow globe. The instructions that come with it, not so much. The instruxtions say it takes 3 AAA and 3AA batteries in order to work without the USB cord. I put in 3 AA batteries as it was easy to find where they went. However, I could not figure out where the 3 AAA would go. It would not work on AA batteries alone. So, I will need to put it near an outlet so I can plug it in. Also, the USB cord is only about 2 feet long so wherever you plug it in needs to be close. Lastly, it does not come with the adapter that will take the USB cord to plug into an outlet. You’ll need one of those, too.

My Grandpa collects these, and I spent a bit more on this one because it was one of the really different ones that stood out. It is well worth the extra money. It was even a lot bigger that the other ones that he has. So happy. Cant wait to give it to him tomorrow for his early Christmas present.

November 29, 2023I love this guy! It appears to be made out of quality material, the water is all the way to the top, and the design is adorable. So cute!
The sound is loud and sounds good. The one questionable aspect is the timer. I started it at 5 PM which is around the time I get home from work. The next night it did not come on. On my day off I realized that it was coming on earlier in the day. Since I’m usually working I don’t know if it comes on at the same time or not. I took the batteries out and left it for a few days and turned it on again last night so I’m anxious to see if it works tonight.

November 10, 2023I had to laugh at another reviewer “It’s loud.” You can turn off the music – it’s a non-issue. I do agree the music is just too much music coming from a too tiny speaker – but as you can turn it off, it doesn’t matter.
I LOVE that they use some gel-like substance instead of water in this! It suspends the glitter/snow better and looks awesome! The recycling snow blower in there – amazing! The look, feel and attention to detail – FABULOUS!!!
I want every single different design there is. I want to replace my old boring village with different versions of these!.

But once I opened the package and put batteries into the globe and started playing the hits of Christmas along with the twinkle of glitter I knew I found a winner. This globe is da whizz! Well made, sturdy, nice Santa and sleigh art inside. It’s also not made from real glass so you don’t have to worry about it breaking during shipping. Not to mention, just 3 double A batteries will last a long time. I had this thing cranking all Christmas Day. Turned it off at night and fired it up again the next day. Batteries still going strong.
